It’s not too late for restaurants, wineries, spirits and food purveyors to join other vendors for the fifth annual Edesia: A Palisade Culinary, Wine & Spirits Adventure on Sunday, March 29, at Wine Country Inn in Palisade.

Alpine Bank is presenting Edesia, along with international champagne and cognac giant Remy Martin. Edesia benefits Marillac Clinics, which serve uninsured and under-insured patients in the Grand Valley.
“We welcome anyone who would like to join us,” says WCI Co-Owner Anne Tally, who is coordinating the vendor sign-up effort. ‘We’ve had a great early response, but there is always room for more wonderful culinary and wine or spirits products or services. The event just gets better every year.”

She says there is no vendor fee for participants, but they need to apply and provide information so that the Inn’s staff can provide the support they need to have a successful showing of their goods or services. Typically, Vendors supply bite size food samples or tastes of their products for 300-400 guests.

To provide more room and better circulation, the event will flow from the Inn’s public areas into a large, heated tent in the courtyard. “We’re ready for whatever Mother Nature orders up that day,” Tally quips. “This set up worked very well for us last year, so we know our vendors and guests will be quite comfortable regardless of the weather.”

Vendors can contact Wine Country Inn for more information or to receive paperwork. Call 970- 464-5777 or send an email request to
