It’s not too late for restaurants, wineries, spirits and food purveyors to join other  vendors for the seventh annual Edesia: A Palisade Culinary, Wine & Spirits Adventure on Sunday, April 2, at Wine Country Inn.

Alpine Bank is presenting Edesia, along with Jack Daniel’s Family of Fine Whiskeys and St. Mary’s Medical Center. Edesia benefits Marillac Clinics, which serves uninsured and under-insured patients in the Grand Valley.

“Response has been brisk so far, but we welcome restaurants and wineries who would like to join us,” says WCI General Manager Ian Kelley. “We can make room for more participants.”

Kelley says there is no vendor fee for participants, but they need to apply and provide information so that the Inn’s staff can provide the support they need to have a successful showing of their goods or services. Typically, Vendors supply bite size food samples or tastes of their products for 300-400 guests.

To provide more room and better circulation, the event will flow from the Inn’s public areas into a large, heated tent in the courtyard. “We’re ready for whatever Mother Nature orders up that day,” he quips. “This set up worked very well for us before, so we know our vendors and guests will be quite comfortable regardless of the weather.”

Vendors can contact Wine Country Inn for more information or to receive paperwork. Call 970-464-5777 or send an email request to sales@coloradowinecountryinn.com.
